Layered look...

Emmy has been interested in using the potty since around January. We definitely were not encouraging (or admittedly looking forward to) potty training, but we also didn't want to DIScourage her either. She would sit on the potty and try and try and then be done. We would celebrate her eagerness but again, weren't in full on potty training mode.

She recently moved up the the 2 year old class at school and Mrs. Syeda, her teacher, is a GREAT potty trainer. Radley was basically done in a day at school and had very few accidents after. They haven't officially started potty training Emersyn, but she is very actively pursuing this feat herself. 

So... we bought some panties. 

And she LOVES them. 

ALL of them. 

We've been letting her wear them at home and she's doing really well keeping them dry. Radley is even being a big helper and super proud of his baby sister.  I think we are at the point of needing to commit to full on potty training...so next weekend may be it.
