Sometimes you just need an unplanned trip to the park.
And sometimes you are sad when you get there because some teenagers thought it would be funny to leave some pretty nasty things on the slide for your 2 year old to find.
I love boys and their love for sticks and extreme desire to be ninjas.
I also love cutie patootie girls and their desire to be big and climb "reaaaallll high."
And the muscles on this kid.

Ow. Ow.
We needed a morning with nothing to do.
And the only sad thing about the day was having to leave.
