Ryan and I really try to be intentional with the things we expose the kids to - we try to visit museums and art shows and big cities. We'd love to do a tour of Broadway and see seven shows in seven days (so if anyone has an extra 100K throw it our way). So obviously the next best thing to that is seeing the local HS version of HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL!
(Clearly).
And of course we needed to enjoy this amazing night out with all the girls!
I surprised these two with the big news the night before the show. They are currently on an unprompted HSM marathon viewing kick which made the news that much more exciting! Emmy was a little sad that the actual Troy Bolton wasn't there - and let's be honest - we were all a little sad that the actual Troy Bolton wasn't there.
But that still didn't stop this crew from being so ready for that curtain to open!
These high school kids did an incredible job! So much fun and had us all singing along. Emersyn and Anna insisted on meeting "Gabriella" after the show which was basically the cutest thing ever. Emmy got in the car and said, "I want to do that, Mommy!"
The best night with the best girls.
