Hand Foot Mouth disease 

is 

A-N-N-O-Y-I-N-G!!!

HFM as we affectionately refer to it, has {luckily} only invaded Emersyn and she is {luckily} in pretty good spirits. We don't think she ever got any blisters in her mouth because her appetite never changed and the blisters that she does have are all healing. Her skin is pretty pitiful to look at and the HFM reaped havoc on her eczema making her whole back inflamed. But, she's still pretty darn cute. 

Thankfully my sweet Mom retired last week and has been able to be here to man the defense! She has washed more loads of laundry and used more lysol in 5 days than I thought was possible. She has also spoiled the kids and us rotten. 

MAK has stayed put which is what we prayed would happen - I was beyond upset to think that Radley and Emmy wouldn't be able to meet their sibling. So things are looking up!

But. It was/is still annoying.
